dr. craig puchalsky
Dr. Craig Puchalsky attended Hofstra University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry, graduating both at the top of his class with distinguished honors. During his dental education, he did extensive research in periodontal (gum)
disease treatments, and received many distinctions and publications. After dental school, he attended a post-graduate residency at the prestigious Roswell Park Memorial Hospital in Buffalo. On January 2, 1991, Dr. Puchalsky opened his private dental practice in Smithville, New Jersey. Seven years later, he moved his practice across the parking lot to a new State of the Art facility, where it now resides.
